We’re expanding our Counter Fraud Services team throughout 2020 and are currently looking for 10 Policy Review Specialists to join us in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

With a natural ability to focus on the smallest detail, quickly spotting inaccuracies, inconsistencies and mistakes, you’ll love making a difference and resolving enquiries whilst investigating possible fraudulent activities.
Job responsibilities
  • Contact policyholders by phone and email, adhering to TCF and DPA principles, to resolve any discrepancies related to misrepresentation, non-disclosure or indemnity issues
  • Update and revise customers’ policy details, making any necessary adjustments and cancellations
  • Investigate, through to a conclusion, policies where quote manipulation is suspected prior to the inception of the policy 
  • Administer and process incoming post and emails, including the scanning of relevant documents
  • Manage and examine any potential voidance cases referring to Fraud Analyst Level 2 or Senior  
  • Handle all complaints received effectively and efficiently, adhering to the organisation’s complaints policy
  • Identify matches that don’t require further investigation and ensure closure is actioned in a timely manner
  • Maintain positive relationships with all business employees and departments
  • Ensure all work is carried out to a high level of accuracy and ensure compliance with all company, relevant standards and regulations at all times
 Skills, knowledge & experience
  • Experience of working in a customer services environment
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Great time management and organisation skills
